I was watching a movie in which a man told a story about how one of his professors told him he had no writing talent, and thus be responded in a vulgar way and moved to New York where he published over a hundred stories in a course of a year. Each one of these stories he sent back to his professor to prove to him he was wrong saying that revenge was a wonderful thing for everybody to experience.
So...if I want people to send me their writing, tell them they will be terrible? I guess that would only work with the most tenacious ones, otherwise they might just give up.
